Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and hold a BBA (Hons) degree. This role operates during the morning shift and involves travel as part of the job responsibilities. The position offers a competitive salary range of PKR 50,000 to 70,000. Strong communication skills in spoken English, Urdu, and Pahari, along with proficiency in customer service, cash management, and computer applications, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Manage daily cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Travel as required to meet clients and attend business meetings or events.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Honors degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proficient in spoken English, Urdu, and Pahari languages.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle cash management tasks efficiently.
- Competent computer skills, including familiarity with common business software and tools.
- Ability to work the morning shift and travel as part of job duties.
