Call Center Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Representative to join the growing team at IGET Solutions Pvt Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Design and follow strategic sales approaches to consistently meet or exceed goals.
- Negotiate terms professionally and successfully close deals with clients.
- Establish and maintain long-term positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Dispatch or a related sales role.
- Strong communication and active listening skills to accurately understand client needs and address any concerns.
- A positive and optimistic attitude that fuels motivation and resilience in a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales deals.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Capacity to work diligently and maintain composure under pressure, especially during challenging situations.

Additional Details:
- Salary: Up to Rs. 80,000 per month.
- Location: Johar Town, opposite Emporium Mall, Gate 3.
- Working Hours: Night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Job Type: Full-time, in-person position.
