We are seeking an experienced Call Center Closer to join our team in Garden Town, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position working night shifts from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in call center sales and closing, with strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets through outbound calling, presenting products effectively, managing customer interactions, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of closing sales.
- Present products clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain compliance with company quality standards and protocols.
- Utilize basic computer skills to manage calls and update customer information accurately.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in call center sales or closing roles.
- Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales effectively.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software and data entry.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
