We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Purchase Invoice and Financial Voucher Data Entry Operator to join our team at Super Mart, located near Shah Latif Town, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering purchase invoices and financial vouchers, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. This role requires someone who is punctual, reliable, and has prior experience working with Super Mart systems. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter purchase invoices and financial vouchers into the system.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates of financial records.
- Utilize MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to manage and organize data.
- Demonstrate dedication and commitment to assigned tasks.
- Adhere to office timings and maintain regular attendance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; higher education will be preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with Super Mart systems is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Possession of a smartphone is required for communication and operational purposes.
- Strong time management skills with punctuality and regular attendance.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- The salary range for this position is between PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 per month.
