The Case Management Assistant (CMA) will serve as focal point for assigned district, support the PMU of the Benazir Nutrition Programme by ensuring district level coordination, compliance, quality, accountability, and adherence to established protocols at Facilitation Centers (FCs).
The position will conduct routine monitoring, verification, compliance checks, stock and supply management reviews, data/document verification, and quality audits at FCs and related service delivery points. The CMA will identify gaps, document findings, follow up on corrective actions, and provide evidence-based feedback to programme and management teams.
The position will not be responsible for direct case management or routine programme implementation but will independently assess whether case management and FC processes are being implemented according to approved BNP SOPs, guidelines, standards, and donor/government requirements.
1. HR & Administrative Compliance
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, leave, duty schedules, and compliance with working hours.
Maintain and verify attendance and leave records and ensure timely submission of required HR documents.
Monitor adherence to organizational HR policies, code of conduct, and administrative procedures.
Report repeated absenteeism, lateness, or other HR/administrative concerns to the supervisor.
2. Coordination & Liaison
Coordinate with District Administration, BISP focal points, Health Department, and health facility MS/DMS for effective implementation and compliance at FCs.
Facilitate coordination with relevant district and facility focal persons regarding FC operations, access, referrals, and service delivery.
Support resolution and follow-up of operational and compliance issues identified at facility/FC level.
Maintain effective working relationships with district and health facility management.
3. Facilitation Center Compliance
Track recurring service delivery issues and recommend practical solutions.
Monitor FC compliance with BNP SOPs, protocols, guidelines, and minimum standards.
Verify beneficiary registration, case documentation, referrals, and service delivery records.
Assess FC readiness, documentation, privacy, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards.
Identify compliance gaps and track corrective actions.
4. Stock & Supply Management
Monitor compliance with approved stock and supply management protocols.
Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation against records.
Check storage conditions, stock arrangement, expiry, damage, losses, and FEFO/FIFO compliance.
Report stock discrepancies, shortages, and supply management risks.
5. Monitoring, Verification & Quality Audits
Conduct routine, spot, and sample-based monitoring and verification of FC activities and reported outputs.
Conduct quality audits and Data Quality Assessments using approved MEAL tools.
Verify beneficiary records, services, outputs, stock, and supporting documentation.
Document findings and follow up on corrective and quality improvement actions.
6. Reporting, Accountability & Follow-up
Maintain monitoring, compliance, stock verification, and findings/action trackers.
Prepare concise reports highlighting key findings, risks, recommendations, and actions.
Monitor compliance with FCRM, safeguarding, and PSEA requirements at FC level.
Escalate critical, repeated, or unresolved issues through established channels.
