We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately handling customer payments using multiple payment methods, maintaining precise financial records, and providing support to the showroom sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role demands integrity in managing financial information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to assist with audits and billing-related inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring commitment and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer payments, including cash, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms.
- Ensure timely and secure deposit of cash collections in line with company policies.
- Verify and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Work closely with the showroom sales team to support smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer billing inquiries, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and customer data.
- Assist the Showroom Manager during stock audits and internal financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working as a cashier, preferably in a retail showroom or manufacturing sales environment.
Additional Information
This position is full-time and requires the candidate to work on-site in Lahore. A competitive salary package aligned with market standards will be offered to the selected candidate.
