Responsibilities

Design packaging concepts, artwork, and structural layouts for both new and existing products.
Develop packaging that adheres to brand guidelines, marketing goals, and customer appeal.
Create die lines, mockups, and prototypes for diverse packaging types including boxes, labels, pouches, and bottles.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and production teams to understand and integrate packaging requirements.
Select suitable materials, finishes, and printing techniques considering cost-effectiveness, durability, and sustainability.
Prepare print-ready artwork files with accuracy in color management, dimensions, and trimming specifications.
Coordinate with printers and suppliers to ensure design feasibility and ensure high-quality production output.
Guarantee all packaging designs comply with industry regulations, labeling laws, and safety standards.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to innovate and keep packaging designs aligned with current trends.
Manage multiple packaging projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
Present packaging concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
Coordinate sample approvals and pre-production checks with external vendors and printers.
Maintain organized design files, templates, and version control for all packaging projects.
Investigate and apply sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions whenever feasible.
Stay informed about new packaging design trends, materials, and printing technologies to continuously improve output.
