Chase IT Global LTD is seeking a Talent Auqesation professional to join their team. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting top talent for the company by leveraging various candidate sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and talent pipeline development strategies. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment metrics and analytics, as well as proficiency with global talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong interviewing techniques and the ability to develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline are critical in this role. Working closely with the recruitment and HR teams, the Talent Auqesation professional will manage end-to-end hiring processes, from identifying the right candidates to ensuring a smooth interview and offer process. They will use data-driven recruitment methods to optimize the hiring strategy and improve recruitment outcomes. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills as well as a keen understanding of international business development and sales recruitment given Chase IT Global LTD's global market reach.
Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using Applicant Tracking Systems and various global talent acquisition platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs by proactively reaching out and engaging prospective candidates.
Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement across the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment timelines.
Conduct structured interviews using established interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment documentation within Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools for compliance and reporting purposes.
Support international business development efforts by aligning talent acquisition strategies with company growth plans in global markets.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs regularly to optimize sourcing channels and enhance the overall quality and efficiency of hires.
Advise and assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote Chase IT Global LTD as an employer of choice.
Support marketing and event initiatives related to talent acquisition, such as job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and social media outreach to increase visibility.
Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and new recruitment technologies to continuously innovate and improve talent acquisition methods.
