Urgently looking for a Senior HR Resource for our Karachi location.

Looking for a Senior HR Resource with vast experience in Recruitment, Retention, Payroll processing, Time & Attendance.

Responsibilities:

1.      Recruitment

a.      Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department

b.      Draft a job description and publish it for advertisement and candidate’s attraction.

c.       Sourcing and shortlisting the right resource based on job requirement.

d.      Conducting Level 1 & 2 interviews and finalize the shortlisted resource.

e.      Prepare the onboarding paperwork; Run Background and Reference Checks.

2.      Attendance & Leave Management

a.      Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.

b.      Overseeing the absenteeism; availing it in an organized manner.

3.      Performance Management

a.      Helping the seniors to complete the performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.

b.      Constantly monitoring the performance and providing Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling and Training as per required needs.

4.      Employee Engagement

a.      Keeping a track on employee turnover and exit rate.

b.      Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their respective work.

5.      Statutory Compliance

a.      Leaves – as per the act that is applicable to the business

b.      Ensure proper management or Payroll, PF, benefits etc. to maintain employee trust and motivation.

6.      Exit Formalities

a.      Conducting exit interviews of candidates who are resigning.

b.      Ensuring the smooth exiting.

c.       Providing experience letter and complete the final settlement before the exit.

 

Job Requirements:

1.      Must have minimum 3 years of HR experience focused on Recruitment, Payroll, Performance and Attendance & Leave Management.

2.      Minimum Master’s degree in HR/IR/PR.

3.      Proven track record of retention and mass recruitment.

4.      Must be a local to Karachi.
