Haute Dolci is looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Haute Dolci’s quality standards.
- Manage your assigned kitchen section efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
- Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and adhere to food safety protocols within the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels closely and work to reduce food wastage.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and positive team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a restaurant or café setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and overall kitchen operations.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A genuine passion for producing high-quality food and maintaining kitchen standards.
This is a full-time, in-person position based at Haute Dolci. The monthly salary range is Rs80,000 to Rs100,000, reflecting the significance of this role within our kitchen team.
