Chef

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Chef to join our team in Quetta, Pakistan. This on-site position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of professional cooking experience and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. This role involves hands-on preparation and cooking of dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes, as well as supporting overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality.
- Perform mise en place tasks to ensure all ingredients and tools are ready for service.
- Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to minimize waste and ensure availability of ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to streamline service and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish preparation and ingredient selection.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen environment.
- Proven ability to prepare dishes to recipe and portion standards consistently.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting and collaborate with team members.
