Chocolate Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Chocolate Machine Operator to join our team at our facility located in Korangi Creek, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with chocolate production or similar machinery within the Food, Confectionery, or FMCG industry. This role involves operating and maintaining chocolate production machines to ensure efficient and high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chocolate production machines to maintain consistent workflow.
- Manage machine settings, perform necessary adjustments, and handle changeovers between production batches.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure machines are running optimally and safely.
- Maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene protocols, and workplace safety regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in machine operation within the Food, Confectionery, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery effectively.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary range of PKR 45,000 to PKR 60,000. The role requires physical presence at the Korangi Creek facility to ensure hands-on machine operation and immediate response to production needs.
