Civil Engineer estimator

Sky Rise, Inc., a USA-based construction firm with a back office located in Johar Town, Lahore, is seeking experienced Civil Engineers to join our team. We specialize in construction projects rather than just providing estimates, and we require candidates who have hands-on knowledge of PlanSwift or Bluebeam software. We are looking to hire three qualified engineers to work from our Lahore office with a minimum commitment of 15 months. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare accurate and detailed project estimations using PlanSwift or Bluebeam.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions to challenges encountered during construction.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting related to project progress and estimations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Candidates from UET (University of Engineering and Technology) or NED University are highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with PlanSwift or Bluebeam software for project estimation and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications and licenses in civil engineering are required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Candidates with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role will be given preference.
- Commitment to work onsite in the Lahore office; remote work candidates will not be considered.
