Clean & Green Services Pvt Ltd is a British-owned Janitorial service provider based in Islamabad. We are passionate about delivering a professional and ethical based service to domestic and commercial clients.
We invest in the latest equipment, machinery and staff to ensure an excellent service. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Branch manager to join our new and growing team at our Lahore Office in Gulberg, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with Potential Clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts for the company.
- Maintain good relationship with the existing clients and all stakeholders.
- Assess suppliers along with the price, quality and ease of the delivery.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the services and customer Satisfaction.
- Meet with vendors, Keep accurate records of items, costs, deliveries, and inventories.
- Coordinates with the Head Office on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations of the branch.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of a Cleaning/Maintenance Business.·
- Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.·
- Exemplify a strong attention to detail.·
- Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.·
- Must have computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.·
- Previous experience of Service Industry ideally in Asset Management Company.·
- Must possess driving License.·
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.·
- Exemplify creative problem-solving abilities.
