Client Success Specialist

Setting: Onsite Location: The Enterprise Building Near Thokar Niaz Baig Main Multan Road Lahore Timings: Night Shift Position Summary The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Cedar Financial's clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. The Client Success Specialist should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Cedar’s CSS has tasks that are both reactive (based on deadlines, requests, problem solving and other issues) and proactive (logistical or strategic actions to improve our client-experience).

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Cedar Financials’ clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their accounts and answer any questions they may have.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Cedar Financials’ services and offerings.
Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are being met.
Identify areas of opportunity to improve client satisfaction and provide recommendations to management.
Client revival & Outreach Initiatives.

Qualities & Attributes of Preferred Candidate The Client Success Specialist for Cedar Financial should possess the following qualities and attributes:

1 – 3 years of experience in a client success, support, or account coordination role.
Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, -and other departments is crucial to the success of this role.
Attention to detail: The Client Success Specialist must have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in client documentation.
Organizational skills: The role requires strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks, ensure that deadlines are met, and keep track of records and reports.
Problem-solving skills: The Client Success Specialist should have the ability to identify and resolve any potential issues or risks that arise during the onboarding process.
