Senior Software Quality Assurance Tester

Responsibilities
Develop, design, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality aligns with requirements. Utilize automated testing tools, including Grafana and k6, to increase efficiency and coverage of testing processes. Collaborate with software developers to understand product functionality and provide valuable feedback that drives product improvements. Perform AI-assisted testing methods to enhance test accuracy and reduce manual effort. Track, document, and report software defects clearly and concisely using established tools and systems. Participate in requirement analysis sessions to ensure test coverage aligns with product specifications. Continuously analyze testing results and optimize testing strategies for better coverage and quicker defect detection. Maintain knowledge of emerging trends in software quality assurance, AI applications in testing, and automation best practices. Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Communicate testing progress and findings clearly to stakeholders through written and verbal reports. Adhere to company quality standards and participate in quality audits and reviews as necessary.
