Computer Science Graduates ( Female Only)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Computer Science Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing order processing, coordinating inventory, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth fulfillment across various e-commerce platforms. This role requires someone who is comfortable working with technology, quick to learn, and able to take ownership of their tasks to support efficient online store management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process customer orders through Shopify and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipment processing using tools such as ShipStation.
- Maintain and update product listings, product information, and online store data accurately.
- Monitor orders to ensure timely and precise processing.
- Support inventory management, product updates, and other operational tasks related to e-commerce.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, shipments, and customer requirements.
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and handle other operational tasks linked to e-commerce activities.
- Identify and communicate any issues related to orders, listings, shipments, or system processes.
- Provide support for additional technology and e-commerce-related tasks as needed.
- Manage order and fulfillment processes efficiently.
- Coordinate inventory and warehouse activities.
- Oversee product listing management, including platforms like eBay.
- Handle customer issues and manage reviews professionally.
- Monitor performance through reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications

- Training will be provided; no prior experience is necessary. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is essential.
- Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
- Candidates should be quick learners, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and eager to take responsibility for their work.
- Fresh female graduates are especially encouraged to apply.
- Educational backgrounds welcomed include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, E-Commerce, Business/BBA, Information Systems, Data/Technology-related fields, or other relevant disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- The position is based in Faisalabad, and candidates should be willing to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work.
- The role requires in-person attendance at the workplace.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000.
