About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability.
Proficiency in Figma and related design/prototyping tools.
Experience designing responsive web, desktop and mobile applications.
Good understanding of typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative software development environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and analyze user needs, behaviors, and feedback.
Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design intuitive and consistent user experiences across web, desktop and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
Convert business requirements into effective UX solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and design guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.
Review implemented designs and ensure consistency with approved UX/UI specifications.
Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
