Area Manager

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of area on a monthly basis.
Supervise and follow up on the daily monitoring routine of Branch Managers, including random calling of branches.
Meet high net worth individuals and corporate customers to achieve Total Deposit Targets for areas and ensure continuous relationship deepening with existing customers.
Manage portfolio and ensure constant relationship deepening.
Tap target markets and introduce the bank.
Achieve Account Opening Targets for the area by meeting clients and maintaining follow-up records with potential customers.
Develop strategies to achieve allocated targets for the area and follow up with staff of area branches for individual assigned targets.
Achieve all business KPIs as per the balanced scorecard while continuously improving customer service quality.
Maintain efficiency in branches by designing and implementing smooth workflows and improving QA Audit categories.
Implement and monitor TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction and effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries.
Ensure that area branches are kept clean and provide a conducive banking environment.
Appraise area branch staff monthly in terms of their potential and performance.
Any other assignments given by the Regional office/Branch Banking Division.
Ensure compliance in branches with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures while improving customer service quality.
Follow up with branches on audit rectifications and closure of audit reports within specified timelines.
Coordinate with branches for SBP inspection and compliance.
Identify branches that require merging, relocating, renovating, or opening within deadlines and recommend locations for new branches.
Implement approved mergers, relocations, and renovations of branches as per Branch Banking strategy.
Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with Branch Managers.
Any other assignments given by the Supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 07 to 09 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of July 2nd, 2026.
