The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and financial management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial statements.
- Process invoices, and payments, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory accounting policies and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary information for annual audits.
- Support the finance department in financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
