The CRM and Martech team plays a crucial role at the intersection of technology, customer lifecycle management, and creative storytelling, delivering timely, relevant, and engaging communications that meet customer needs. This team supports scalable growth through automated, data-driven campaigns and collaborates with various teams to plan and deliver targeted offers with compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive CRM and lifecycle strategy by developing, executing, and continuously optimizing end-to-end customer journeys, including activation, engagement, retention, and win-back, to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives by designing and scaling automation projects that enhance marketing efficiency and scalability, while managing execution and performance tracking of key Martech projects.
- Oversee content and messaging strategies for CRM campaigns, ensuring all communications across push, email, in-app, and SMS channels are personalized, compelling, and consistent with the brand voice.
- Optimize channel performance by monitoring marketing channels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing interventions to enhance both technical delivery and content engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
- Proven experience integrating Martech, CRM lifecycle management, and content strategy with a strong emphasis on tracking and optimizing marketing channel performance.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Clevertap, or Moengage, along with familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and multi-channel marketing analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and content management skills, with the ability to craft engaging, customer-focused messaging that drives action.
- Technical proficiency in building dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools; experience with SQL, Python, or other data processing languages; and knowledge of ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and managing large marketing datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing on both technical logic and creative content, and provide actionable insights.
