CSR – Sales (Customer Sales Representative)

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of converting leads into successful sales, directly supporting the company’s growth objectives. Candidates should be comfortable working evening shifts and thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Professionally handle customer queries and provide accurate, timely information.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company system.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center, BPO, or Sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident, target-oriented personality with strong customer handling and persuasive abilities.
- Self-motivated with a professional approach toward work and sales goals.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, depending on experience and performance.
