CSR – Sales (Customer Service Representative)

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join their international sales team. This full-time, on-site role involves working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The primary focus is on engaging with international customers in English to promote various products and services, identify customer needs, handle objections, and follow up to secure sales conversions. While candidates with prior experience in call centers, telesales, telemarketing, or sales are preferred, fresh applicants with strong spoken English skills and confidence are also welcome to apply. The compensation package includes a basic salary, commission, and performance bonuses, with monthly earnings ranging between Rs40,000 and Rs60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international prospects to generate interest in products and services.
- Clearly explain offerings to potential customers, ensuring they understand the benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any sales-related concerns efficiently.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and support the sales conversion process.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
