Customer Sales Representative Location: Shabeer Plaza, Main VIP Road, Sector 4, Airport Housing Society, Gulzar-e-Quaid, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Salary: PKR 30,000 per month + Commission
About the Role We looking for confident, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Sales Representatives to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidates will have previous call centre experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.Experience with FE and MVA campaigns will be preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and meeting performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Engage with potential customers, understand their requirements, and communicate relevant products or services.
- Work on FE and MVA campaigns, where applicable.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update call details in the relevant systems.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow campaign guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 3 months of call centre experience.
- Previous experience in inbound or outbound voice campaigns.
- Experience with FE and MVA campaigns will be an advantage.
- Strong spoken English and interpersonal skills.
- Confident telephone communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre systems.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work onsite in Rawalpindi during the specified night shift.
- Monthly salary of PKR 30,000 plus performance-based commission.
