Customer Service Representative - US Logistics Operations

We are seeking a dedicated Last Mile Operations Executive to join our team in Karachi, located at PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal. This role involves supporting and optimizing delivery operations specifically for our US-based clients. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics and last mile operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent command of English. This position requires working in rotational shifts and managing daily operational challenges to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with drivers to effectively manage pickup and delivery schedules.
- Oversee the daily operations of the delivery center to maintain smooth workflows.
- Address and resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly.
- Ensure efficient route planning and optimal load distribution.
- Manage and support the onboarding process for 1099 delivery drivers as needed.
- Monitor load management to guarantee timely and efficient delivery execution.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including evening and night hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 100,000 to 120,000, based on experience. The working schedule includes six days a week with one weekly off, and shifts rotate between 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM and 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
