Customer Service Specialist

ABS International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a fixed night shift. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, with working hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. As part of our expanding customer operations team, you will be responsible for managing post-sale communications with US-based clients, assisting them with onboarding queries, completing service questionnaires, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing US clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Address post-sale customer queries promptly and efficiently to resolve any issues.
- Complete service questionnaires accurately and maintain clear, detailed interaction logs.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma; university students currently pursuing their studies are also encouraged to apply.
- A solution-oriented mindset combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role working on-site during the fixed night shift.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience related to the BPO industry, including inbound or outbound calling, is advantageous.
- Willingness and ability to commute daily to the office located in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 14, Karachi.
- Competitive compensation package including a base salary ranging from PKR 40,000 to 45,000 per month.
- Additional allowances such as an attendance allowance of PKR 3,000 per month and performance incentives between PKR 5,000 and 15,000 per month after training completion.
- Benefits include Provident Fund (PF) contributions and 15 days of paid annual leave.
- Fixed shift timing from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with no rotations, working six days a week.

Candidates should be prepared to answer questions regarding their experience in the BPO sector, comfort with commuting to the specified location, and their years of sales experience in the international market.
