We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives / Telesales Officers to join a reputable UK-based Food Group at their on-site location in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work within the food production industry, specifically in a dynamic telesales department. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Use effective communication techniques to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Employ basic sales strategies such as up-selling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
- Manage customer retention by maintaining engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Oversee debt management and collection processes efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Manage customer baskets to optimize sales and service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills with proficiency in spoken English.
- Experience in customer handling, preferably within a call center environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer retention strategies.
- Familiarity with debt management and collection procedures.
- Competency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 55,000 to 60,000.

Office Hours
