Customer Support Representative (Remote) Gaming Marketplace

We are seeking a full-time remote Customer Support Representative to join a dynamic gaming marketplace based in Islamabad, Pakistan. This role primarily involves managing written customer communications across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and the company website chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing from payment confirmation through to delivery, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings. This position requires strong communication skills in both written Urdu and English, familiarity with video games—especially PS4 and PS5 discs—and the ability to work efficiently from a home setup with a reliable laptop or PC and stable internet connection. The role operates on a morning shift schedule with a monthly salary range of 20,000 to 25,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and website chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and follow up on customer orders from payment receipt to final delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, providing clear and helpful solutions.
- Update and maintain product listings to reflect current inventory and accurate product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and improve service quality.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.

Required Qualifications

- Proficient written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Good knowledge and passion for video games, particularly PS4 and PS5 disc-based games.
- Access to a personal laptop or PC with a stable internet connection suitable for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the morning shift.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
