Core Edge Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing accurate reports, and supporting business operations through effective data analysis. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to present data clearly and concisely. The position is based on-site in Gulberg, Lahore, and operates during the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, clean, and maintain datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports to track key metrics.
- Utilize Excel formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables to analyze and interpret data effectively.
- Identify data inconsistencies, errors, trends, and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Consolidate information from multiple sources into well-structured and comprehensive reports.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and reporting sheets regularly.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve missing or duplicate entries promptly.
- Present findings and reports in a clear, understandable format to various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate required information for reporting purposes.
- Ensure timely completion of all reporting tasks and assigned responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, and Pivot Tables.
- Solid understanding of data analysis, data management, and reporting principles.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and manage large datasets efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role will be considered an advantage. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000. This is an on-site role located in Gulberg, Lahore, requiring availability for the night shift from 7 PM to 4 AM.
