Teach a Kid Make Individual Life (TAKMIL) is a registered non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through education. Certified by the Pakistan Center of Philanthropy (PCP), TAKMIL focuses on providing free, high-quality education to out-of-school children in underserved communities across Pakistan. Operating a network of 153 non-formal community schools with around 6,000 students enrolled, the organization aims to bridge educational gaps and empower children to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using MS Excel and MS Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and deliver effective data solutions aligned with business objectives. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of datasets. Utilize Python programming to automate data workflows, conduct data analysis, and build data pipelines for efficient processing. Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify insights, trends, and patterns that inform strategic business decisions. Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data findings. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and remote collaboration tools.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Two to three years of experience in a Data Analyst role or a similar capacity. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation. Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB for querying and manipulating data. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex data insights to diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
