Key Responsibilities

- Manage the technical scope of projects throughout all stages by gathering information from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration systems. Interpret patterns and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement record management processes and policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to support informed decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes, including setting up and maintaining automated data workflows.
- Evaluate, select, and implement external tools and services to support data validation and cleansing efforts.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and progress.
- Analyze complex data sets by liaising with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content and context.
- Design and conduct surveys, analyze survey data, and prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external audiences using advanced business analytics tools.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets to draw valid conclusions and present findings effectively to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share insights with clients to support strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in data engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical project scopes and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency in data integration, modeling, and automation of data processes.
- Experience in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and communicate insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
