Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and professional Data Analyst to join our team based in Gulberg, Lahore. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month. The successful candidate will have a strong IT background, excellent communication skills, and practical experience with Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and basic data analysis. The position involves managing and maintaining data reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support for both technical and administrative functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Excel-based reports, records, and data. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel. Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data to support business decisions. Perform accurate data entry and ensure consistency across datasets. Create and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports for various stakeholders. Identify trends, errors, and actionable insights from data analysis. Provide basic IT and technical support as needed. Coordinate effectively with team members and management to achieve project goals. Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks within established deadlines. Support administrative and operational activities related to data and reporting.

Required Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Good understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques. Solid IT background with knowledge of basic systems and troubleshooting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
