Data Entry Operator

A transport company located in Orangi Town, Karachi, is seeking a full-time, on-site Data Entry Operator to join their team. This role operates during the morning shift and is suitable for entry-level candidates. While the position requires at least one year of experience, fresh candidates with strong computer skills are also encouraged to apply. The salary range is PKR 40,000 to 55,000 and is negotiable based on the candidate’s experience. The primary focus of this role is to accurately enter and maintain various transport-related records, ensuring data integrity and supporting daily operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain records related to transport, vehicles, drivers, trips, fuel consumption, invoices, and deliveries.
- Prepare and compile daily reports based on the entered data.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entries to support operational needs.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic files and databases.
- Collaborate with other departments to verify data and resolve discrepancies as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Good typing speed and accuracy to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar data entry role, although fresh candidates with strong computer skills will also be considered.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts.
