We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a full-time basis in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately preparing, compiling, and sorting documents to facilitate efficient data entry. This role involves transferring information from physical documents into digital formats using various input devices such as keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Lahore office or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents to ensure data is organized and ready for entry.
- Transfer information from paper-based sources into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors during data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively to manage and organize data.
- Complete data entry tasks within designated timeframes while adhering to company standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and maintain concentration over extended periods.
- Reliable commuting capability to the Lahore office or willingness to relocate before joining.
