We are looking for a highly creative and skilled DaVinci Resolve Video Editor to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of storytelling, cinematic editing, and branding, with the ability to transform raw real estate footage into polished, engaging videos designed for an international audience. This role requires a passion for producing visually stunning content that highlights luxury properties and performs well across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality real estate property walkthroughs, promotional videos, drone footage, and luxury listing videos using DaVinci Resolve.
- Craft cinematic and visually captivating edits that effectively showcase properties and capture viewer interest.
- Produce engaging social media content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and other vertical formats.
- Perform professional color correction and cinematic color grading to enhance the overall video aesthetic.
- Apply smooth speed ramping, dynamic transitions, and seamless editing techniques for a premium viewing experience.
- Design eye-catching text animations, titles, motion graphics, and branded visual elements.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and effects within DaVinci Resolve to improve video quality and optimize workflow.
- Synchronize footage with music, sound effects, and audio to create emotionally impactful content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all video content to meet client expectations.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience editing videos using DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate video editing and social media content creation.
- Excellent knowledge of cinematic video editing, speed ramping, professional color correction and grading, creative transitions, text animation, motion graphics, AI effects, and AI editing tools.
- Proficiency in social media reel editing, audio editing, sound design, and video stabilization.
- Ability to create brand-focused content with a solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and current social media trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proven capability to produce engaging content that increases audience retention and effectively highlights property features.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience editing luxury real estate and architectural videos.
- Familiarity with Fusion for advanced visual effects and motion graphics.
- Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve AI tools such as Magic Mask, IntelliTrack, Object Removal, and Depth Map.
