Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to oversee the management and control of stock levels across its operations. The Inventory Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that the supply chain functions smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and monitoring stock movements to meet the organizations needs. This position requires an individual with a strong background in supply chain management and inventory control who can work independently without direct team management responsibilities.
The Inventory Officer will be actively involved in daily stock inspections, physical counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies while adhering to company policies and procedures. Using proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel, the officer will prepare regular reports to inform management and support decision-making. The role demands excellent organizational and analytical skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
