Security Guard

The Security Guard at Dawat-e-Islami Trust plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the company premises, employees, and assets. The position requires vigilance and a proactive approach to monitor access points, perform regular patrols, and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies that arise. This role demands physical fitness, reliability, and adherence to all security policies and procedures set by the organization. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the Security Guard is expected to work independently and responsibly, often during various shifts to ensure continual protection. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a minimum education level of Middle/Matric and at least one year of experience in a similar security role. Effective communication and keen observation skills are essential to identify and report any suspicious activity. Additional security training or certification is highly advantageous to enhance the ability to perform tasks diligently. Responsibilities

Ensure the security and safety of company premises, employees, and assets at all times.
Monitor and control entry and exit points for employees, visitors, and vehicles to prevent unauthorized access.
Conduct regular security rounds and patrols to detect and deter any irregular or suspicious behavior.
Maintain detailed security logs, documenting daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately.
Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies to minimize risk and damage.
Enforce compliance with all company security policies, procedures, and protocols rigorously.
Perform additional security-related duties as directed by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
Work in rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 security coverage of the company premises.
Maintain physical fitness to perform the demanding tasks of patrolling and emergency response efficiently.
Use good observation skills to identify potential security threats and communicate findings clearly and promptly.
