This role involves configuring, updating, and optimizing hardware to enhance overall system performance. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, update, and optimize hardware components to improve system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system outages, providing Level-1 support for datacenter services.
- Assist clients with system setup and resolve issues remotely and on-site as needed.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to maintain system efficiency and support the implementation of new technologies.
- Support network and software teams in the management, installation, and upgrading of network hardware and software.
- Ensure timely completion of daily assignments and other responsibilities as required.
- Monitor systems proactively and respond promptly to incidents to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of network hardware and software installation and upgrades.
- Ability to provide Level-1 support in a datacenter environment.
- Skilled in remote and on-site client support for system setup and issue resolution.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to incidents.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.
