Furniture Supervisor

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in the furniture or related industry and is proficient in either Arabic or English. This role requires a focused individual who ensures efficient operation and high-quality standards in furniture handling and supervision. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries. The Furniture Supervisor oversees the daily activities related to inventory oversight, product inspection, and scheduling labor to support ongoing projects or customer orders. This role involves collaboration with suppliers, warehouse staff, and quality assurance teams to monitor stock levels, ensure compliance with quality specifications, and schedule workforce activities to maximize productivity. Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
Conduct regular quality inspections on incoming and outgoing furniture items to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
Schedule workforce shifts effectively to optimize labor resources and meet production deadlines.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Communicate clearly in either Arabic or English with team members and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to improve stock management processes.
Assist in implementing safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with quality control teams to address and resolve any product defects or customer issues promptly.
Report regularly on inventory status, quality findings, and scheduling updates to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational inefficiencies and potential improvements.
