This role requires advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, along with a strong portfolio showcasing editing and animation skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates a solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention techniques, contributing to the creation of engaging and visually compelling video content. This position involves working independently in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines and quality standards. The Jr Motion Graphic Video Editor will collaborate closely with other creative professionals to produce high-quality motion graphic videos that effectively communicate the company's message and engage target audiences. Candidates should have experience with color grading tools such as Lumetri Color or DaVinci Resolve and be proficient in additional Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator. Responsibilities

Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Edit long-form videos including YouTube content, podcasts, interviews, and documentaries
Create motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, animated titles, and visual effects
Produce SaaS product demos, tutorials, and onboarding videos
Develop AI UGC creatives for paid advertising campaigns
Perform color correction, color grading, audio mixing, and sound design
Collaborate with clients and internal team members to implement feedback efficiently
Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
