This position focuses on developing and managing a high-impact portfolio of signature programmes tailored for senior public-sector leaders, policymakers, institutional heads, and high-potential executives. The objective is to strengthen IEDC’s contribution to leadership, governance, public policy, institutional transformation, and capacity building within the public sector. The incumbent will ensure that these flagship programmes maintain academic rigor, market relevance, financial sustainability, and strong partnerships, establishing them as recurring national platforms for leadership development and cross-sectoral dialogue.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a flagship programme strategy aligned with IEDC’s strategic priorities, NUST policies, national development goals, and market demand. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with ministries, provincial governments, public-sector organizations, regulatory bodies, autonomous institutions, armed forces, universities, think tanks, development partners, and international entities. Develop partnership models to support participant nominations, programme sponsorships, faculty contributions, research collaboration, institutional projects, and repeat programme delivery.
Prepare comprehensive programme concept notes, proposals, budgets, presentations, partnership frameworks, MoUs, and approval documents, ensuring timely internal approvals and stakeholder coordination. Develop annual business and growth plans including enrolment targets, revenue projections, cost estimates, contribution margins, sponsorship opportunities, and partnership goals. Build financially sustainable programme models through sponsored cohorts, strategic partnerships, and repeat engagements.
Oversee end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, participant onboarding, faculty coordination, learning support, logistics, documentation, evaluation, alumni engagement, and operational issue resolution. Ensure a high-quality participant experience that reflects IEDC–NUST’s academic standards, brand reputation, and commitment to excellence. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track enrolment, participant profiles, attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, learning outcomes, institutional impact, revenue, costs, repeat participation, and partnership growth.
