A Leading Hotel Chain is launching their operations in Pakistan. They are looking for dynamic individals in Rawalpindi & Lahore.
- Responsible for staff training & work efficiency.
- Able to develop, implement & monitor financial & operational plans for the Hotel.
- Able to provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
- Assist in the development & communication strategies.
- Must have a strong knowledge of computer software applications precisely MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & MS Access.
- Must have effective oral & written communication skills.
- Must have good analytical skills & decision-making ability.
- Must be a multi-tasker and able to travel.
- Must have a knowledge of operating widely used hotel management software/CRM software.
