We are seeking individuals familiar with the Banking and Electronics industries, or those with a background in service management within respected medium to large-scale organizations, particularly in ATM services.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising a team of 40 service engineers across Punjab, ICT, and KPK regions.
Maintaining strong client relations through effective communication and a customer-centric approach.
Upholding professionalism and providing exceptional service to clients at all times.
Responsible for achieving workshop target in terms of value.

Requirements: Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Services.Three to five years of relevant experience in service management.
