Digital Marketing Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Multan, is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Instructor to join our full-time, onsite team. Edversity specializes in delivering practical, industry-focused IT training through physical classes aimed at equipping young individuals with the skills needed for employment and freelancing in the technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching foundational digital marketing skills, guiding trainees through real-world campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms. Your instruction will empower beginners to confidently manage online marketing projects and develop their professional capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and hands-on lab sessions following the approved curriculum.
- Teach practical digital marketing skills to trainees, many of whom have little or no prior experience.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, presentation slides, campaign briefs, assignments, and quizzes.
- Supervise labs where trainees create and manage social media pages and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor attendance, evaluate trainee progress, and submit detailed reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who require extra help to keep pace.
- Provide coaching on freelancing profiles, local client engagement, and job application strategies.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Between 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in an agency, business, or freelance setting.
- Proven practical experience managing social media accounts and running Meta (Facebook) and Google ad campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Skilled in content creation using tools like Canva and AI-based applications.
- Ability to teach clearly and engagingly in both Urdu and English, demonstrating patience and support for beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Certifications such as Meta Blueprint or Google Ads are highly desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing on platforms like Daraz or Shopify is an advantage.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles will be considered a plus.
