Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

Pak Forex Academy is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns, automation processes, sales teams, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, proven leadership abilities, and a focus on enhancing lead generation, sales conversions, and overall business performance. This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to drive growth and efficiency within a professional and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, as well as Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM workflows and implement WhatsApp automation to streamline communication and lead nurturing.
- Lead and manage sales teams, including overseeing lead distribution, follow-up activities, and achieving sales targets.
- Supervise daily office operations, monitor staff performance, and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness to support business growth.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of CRM automation tools and WhatsApp API integration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate sales and operations teams.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies to improve performance and meet business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with forex trading, including signals or trading bots, is considered an advantage.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
