Digital Operations Manager

X80 Graphics is seeking a seasoned Digital Operations Manager / Project Manager to oversee daily digital operations and ensure the successful execution of client projects. This role requires managing diverse services such as e-commerce, web development, graphic design, UI/UX, virtual assistant services, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and working with international clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic digital agency setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from gathering client requirements and planning through to execution and delivery.
- Supervise daily digital operations across teams specializing in web development, graphic/UI/UX design, social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, video editing, and Virtual Assistant services.
- Coordinate efforts among developers, designers, marketers, virtual assistants, and other specialists to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely project completion.
- Handle projects related to Amazon, Shopify, web development, graphic design, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Define project deliverables, allocate resources, establish timelines, and monitor milestones to maintain steady progress.
- Manage communication with international clients, including conducting presentations, collecting feedback, managing revisions, and addressing escalations.
- Identify operational and project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain smooth workflows across teams.
- Monitor team productivity, project performance, deadlines, and quality standards consistently.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and operational dashboards for senior management review.
- Continuously improve internal processes, workflows, communication channels, and project delivery systems.
- Provide regular updates on project status and operational performance to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Project Management, Digital Operations, Operations Management, or related roles.
- Experience working within a digital agency, e-commerce, IT, web development, or technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon, Shopify, Virtual Assistant services, graphic design, web development, UI/UX, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web development and UI/UX project workflows.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Figma, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience coordinating developers, graphic/UI/UX designers, digital marketers, e-commerce specialists, and Virtual Assistants—especially on projects involving Amazon, Shopify, web development, graphic design, and digital marketing—will be highly preferred.

This position is based in Islamabad (I-9/3) and requires working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs120,000 to Rs160,000 and requires in-person attendance.
