Digital Printing Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Digital Printing Machine Operator to join our team at Port Qasim, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring digital printing machines specifically used for printing on tubes. This role requires maintaining high print quality, ensuring the accuracy of colors and designs, performing routine machine inspections, and resolving minor technical issues to keep production running smoothly. The position involves working in shifts, either from 9 AM to 7 PM or from 7 PM to 5 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital printing machines used for tube printing with precision and care.
- Monitor the printing process to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Ensure accurate color matching and design alignment throughout production.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on the printing machines to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating digital printing machines or similar equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in color accuracy and design reproduction.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining quality standards and production efficiency.
