We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair activities for designated properties, managing work orders and tickets from creation to completion, and ensuring timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for designated properties.
- Manage work orders and tickets from creation to completion.
- Conduct cost analysis and estimate preparation.
- Assign and schedule technician shifts.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Manage documentation and invoicing processes.
- Collaborate with technicians, accounts department, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office and work order management systems.
