Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality, negotiate contracts, and secure the best pricing.
Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, daily sales, and operational metrics for reporting and analysis.
Comply with all local laws and company policies related to health, safety, labor regulations, and corporate standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer preferences.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a skilled and committed workforce.
Collaborate with corporate management to align restaurant objectives with overall company goals and strategies.
