As part of Donerfarms team, you will contribute directly to the dining experience by ensuring timely order taking, proper table setting, and assistance in food preparation. The role demands effective use of POS systems and order management software to facilitate smooth operations. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately.
Set and maintain tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement.
Operate POS systems and order management software efficiently to process transactions and manage orders.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization to support smooth kitchen operations.
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly while providing attentive customer service.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and tasks during peak hours.
Respond to customer inquiries and requests politely and professionally.
Follow all health and safety regulations relevant to food service and handling.
Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills and service quality.
Adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and demonstrate a willingness to learn new processes.
Support the relocation process by following company guidance and adapting to local workplace culture.
